We’re excited to hear that Xero has acquired Hubdoc! These are two core applications in our cloud-based accounting app stack.

Good news for our us and our customers - no need to consider any changes. We get to look forward to an overall improvement in the process of fetching support and processing of documents and receipts, coding those items, and ultimately storing them as attachments at the transaction level in Xero. All documents are then stored, OCR’d, in Hubdoc for future reference.

We’ve been with Hubdoc for quite a while and have watched them transition from only fetching support to adding the processing capabilities, which was what we loved the most. We’re happy to see these two applications fall under one roof and look forward to a deeper integration and improved workflow.
