Gusto's Revolutionary Approach to Payroll

Our preferred payroll partner, Gusto, is at it again. This time they've come up with a revolutionary approach to payroll: Flexible Pay.

Flexible Pay is so revolutionary that it's going to take a little time for users to think about how it works, if it's right for them or why they wouldn't use it.

Here's a quick explanation of what it is from Gusto:

"There’s no reason we should still be waiting around for biweekly paychecks. With Flexible Pay, people have access to the money they’ve earned when they need it..."

The good thing is that it doesn't take any extra effort from employers. Gusto takes the risk by advancing the money to the employee and then deducts it from the normal pay run. It's that simple.

It has not rolled out to everyone quite yet, and my guess is that they will roll it out to employers who have a history of properly funded pay runs.

Hopefully, employees will love it!
